I help people with their repairs, installations and custom-made solutions to homes, buildings and businesses. Throughout history, there have been handy persons in every century, no matter what economic downturns, recessions and major life transitions, we are always needed.

Do you provide free quotes?
ITS NEVER TOO LATE HANDYMAN believes in giving accurate information and costs. For this to occur, we do not provide instant quotes. Our process is fundamental in evaluating detailed requirements and providing valuable feedback. Therefore, we charge a call-out fee starting from $100.00. This depends on the volume and complexity of the work. We do this as accurate quotes are paramount to providing a successful outcome with expectations consistently met.
Are there any handyman services you don’t offer?
ITS NEVER TOO LATE HANDYMAN does not engage in any electrical, plumbing or foundational / structural reinforcement to the home or building.
We don’t accept extensive landscaping projects, provide roofing or glazing services, or complete tile or flooring installations.
In addition to the services we do, I replace and repair wood floor joists, individual floorboards, and cracked tiling in various parts of a house or building.
Our clients are given access to other licensed professional details that need other works completed upon request!
What is your hourly rate?
For spontaneous (same day) jobs/tasks without prior notice or obtaining a quote from ITS NEVER TOO LATE HANDYMAN SERVICE, *$130.00 plus G.S.T per hour is charged, plus a callout fee of $90.00 and materials used.
Do you have more than one task combined? Are you concerned about how long the job will take? Obtain a paid quote from ITS NEVER TOO LATE HANDYMAN SERVICE with a set price.
*Hourly terms and conditions, $130.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, increases after 3:30 p.m. Payment is payable on completion of task on any given day. Callout fees can be requested to be paid before work begins. Surcharges apply on weekends / public holidays.
