How we Work, and What to Expect?
We charge for quotes!
We arrive when we say we will, on the agreed date. We do not provide instant quotes so we can meet the needs of each client. Our process is fundamental to evaluating detailed requirements and providing valuable feedback with clear expectations. Consistency is very important to us.
What are your charges, to provide a quote?
Depending on volume and complexity it starts at $100. You’re paying for the call-out, measure and evaluation. You recieve a thorough quotation detailing the process, so you are up-to-date. Within 7 working days or sooner, your quote is emailed.
Do you accept same-day jobs without a quote, and what is your hourly rate?
We don’t accept jobs without obtaining a quote from us first. If you think one or more jobs will take longer than anticipated, please call us.
Please call if it is an emergency. Same-day service when you don’t obtain a quote, we charge *$130.00+GST per hour and a $90.00 callout fee.
